The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytical needs, gather necessary data, conduct detailed analyses, and present actionable insights to leadership to aid in decision-making. This role is crucial for supporting operational improvement initiatives within the Operations Reporting & Analytics team.

Responsibilities:

Derive insights from data analysis, perform root-cause analysis on operational issues, and provide recommendations for remediation.
Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Conduct in-depth analyses of user interaction, engagement, and call center transcriptions to understand member behavior.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries to answer critical business questions and support decision-making processes.
Investigate and identify problematic trends that may negatively impact member experience and operational metrics.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
Proficient in managing, transforming, and analyzing data using SQL.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of challenging traditional thinking to solve complex problems.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Skilled in cleaning, wrangling, and transforming large, complex data sets to generate robust insights.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
