THE JOB

We are currently looking for a Data Collection Coordinator. The Data Collection Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the data from clinical and non-clinical samples needed to inform the development of our psychological assessments is collected.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare elements for Data Collection initiatives.
Recruit, manage, support, and compensate Data Collection sites for clinical sample acquisition (e.g., clinicians).
Assist market research agencies in gathering non-clinical or professional samples.
Maintain and update the Data Collection customer database, collaborating with both internal and external partners to enhance this database.
Generate weekly progress reports to keep the Product Development teams updated on the status of data collection projects.
Investigate and implement innovative and efficient methods to recruit, track, and optimize Data Collection processes.
Forecast future activities related to form and data management for Data Collection.

WHAT YOU BRING

Undergraduate degree required; a degree in Psychology is preferred (knowledge of psychological research ethics, procedures, and design is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, customer-facing and outbound sales experience is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to innovation.
Capable of taking initiative and working independently, while also being effective in a team environment.

Skill Sets:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly: Excel: Formulas and PivotTables.
Access: Required proficiency.
Knowledge of Power BI and Workflow is a plus.
