About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a 13-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, organizing, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. The primary challenge of this role is to balance demands while adhering to process and collaborating with different departments to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints, including scope, time, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Director to plan and execute multi-channel projects and campaigns.

• Initiate, plan, and manage projects, ensuring adequate resources, funding, and efficient resource utilization.

• Develop project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and task assignments.

• Balance client demands with team capacity, fostering a culture of accountability.

• Facilitate communication between internal team members, stakeholders.

• Lead internal reporting, monitor project progress, and manage changes.

• Proactively identify, resolve, and manage project issues and risks.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Track project expenses and manage the budget.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

• Manage project closure.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years in project management within an agency environment; experience with health clients/pharmaceutical clients is preferred.

• Understanding of compliance and regulatory bodies such as PAAB, ASC, and Veeva.

• Strong decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Ability to adhere to process and recognize need for refinement.

• Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.

• Experience overseeing digital projects and knowledge of regulatory environments preferred.
