- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Utilize analytical skills to understand customer needs and offer solutions
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

- Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
