Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (EST business hours) as a Project Coordinator at MAPA Translations, Inc. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing projects, coordinating with clients and translators/proofreaders/interpreters/voice actors, ensuring project accuracy, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

Ability to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure - nerves of steel
Fast learner who likes to get "stuff" done
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in project management tools and software a plus!
Previous experience in project coordination or related roles also a plus!
Knowledge of the translation industry would be a big bonus.
