We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team by managing various administrative, marketing, and communication tasks. This is a remote part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Schedule B2B Meetings: Identify and book meetings with potential clients.
Schedule Management: Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Communication Management: Handle email correspondence and client communications.
Order Management: Process and manage client orders efficiently.
Marketing Management: Oversee marketing efforts, including content creation and management across various platforms.
Content Management: Manage and update content on social media and other platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with office tools and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
Experience with marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation:

Up to $500 per month for 30 hours of work per month.
