Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers to process and submit monthly progress billings through various platforms.
Management of deadlines for billing and related documents.
Work with Contract Administration to ensure that approved Change Orders are processed and available for billing.
Enter and file A/P invoices efficiently.
Address discrepancies in purchase orders in coordination with the Purchasing Agent and update POs as needed.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies directly with vendors.
Apply A/R cash receipts and assist in collections.
Handle vendor and Angelus lien waivers/releases.
Process employee expense reimbursements.
Prepare credit application drafts for new vendors and enter new vendor information, ensuring W9 forms are obtained.
Maintain various Customer and Supplier Portals.
Perform other general administrative and bookkeeping duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
2+ year experience in similar AR / AP position.
Knowledge of Foundation Software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage and meet deadlines.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and its various applications, such as Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
