Position Title: Customer Engagement Specialist - Service(Virtual)

Travel: Based on Business Needs

Position Overview:
Individuals shall be responsible for managing daily Service BDC operations for each assigned partnership.

Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior experience in the following: strong communication skills, lead conversion ability and quality interpersonal capacity :

Previous automotive Service BDC experience is REQUIRED

Available to work weekdays / weekends as well as early morning or evening schedule

Responsibilities & Tasks:
The following is a breakdown of tasks expected to be completed during one’s time in this position.

Consistent Daily Engagement of all Assigned Leads
Schedule 12-14 Quality Appointments per Day
Accurate Data Reporting, Activity Tracking
Strong Representation of our Dealer Partners to Customer Base
Organize all Lead Source, Activity and Records in Partner Data Systems
Generate new Business Opportunities for our Dealer Partners

Compensation:
