The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with Management to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Work with Management to develop, drive, and implement project goals
Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
Track project accomplishments and progress
Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
Perform quantities takeoffs
Perform detailed estimates from tender documents
Assist in maintaining project schedules, including tracking time and materials for claims
Coordinating project submittals
Financial management and reviews
Tracking and documenting project cost/quantities
Complete procurement of construction materials and supplies
Perform detailed estimates from tender documents.

Qualifications

Proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft office, B2W experience considered an asset.
Proficient in reading drawings and performing quantity take-offs
Excellent written and verbal skills – able to communicate in a timely and concise manner
Experience with estimating, project coordination and management
Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Valid Class 5 Drivers License With Drivers Abstract
