Duties:

Professionally answer and route incoming calls
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and coordinating conference room bookings
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces
Assist with various office tasks and special projects as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

Strong ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable transportation for consistent and punctual attendance
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred; 1 year preferred
Proficiency with office software and multi-line phone systems is an asset
Work Location: In person; 37.5 hours per week

$20 - $22 DOE
