Position: Office Administrator

Position Overview:

San Francisco administrator for office of 15-20 employees, providing general office management support through a variety of tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

Use professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Support Ironwood’s technology efforts through hardware procurement and setup, desktop and application support, mobile device setup, and IT troubleshooting.
Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of all office and kitchen supplies, maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked office.
Assist in answering telephones and directing calls to the appropriate associate; find an alternative solution or transfer caller to voicemail when associate is unavailable.
Support the expense reporting process through the preparation of company and employee expense reports.
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate conference room; Monitor company calendar and conference room scheduling.
Receive, sort and forward incoming mail and packages; process outgoing mail.
Assist with various projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
Strong technical skills, with an emphasis on desktop/application support, mobile device support, and troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and resourceful mentality
Adaptable and flexible demeanor
Overall willingness to learn and take on challenges
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent references
Administrator will work from Ironwood’s San Francisco office location
