POSITION SUMMARY

· A key representative of the program, evangelizing its mission, values, and services to external partners, programs, families, and other members of the community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Engages in business development activities to inpatient units, residential and outpatient programs, private practitioners, schools, and other potential referents to provide information about the Center’s programming and services.
Manages inquiry calls and log inquiries into the CRM
Schedules evaluations and ensures financial agreement and all necessary forms and Releases of Information (ROIs) and regulatory documents are completed and uploaded into the EMR
Increases brand awareness at conferences and other events

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, EMR and CRM
Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues
Understands need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with patients, families, visitors, referral sources and all other contacts.
Exhibits excellent customer relations skills as evidenced by supportive and constructive communication with all contacts including coworkers, patients, visitors, families, and referral sources.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling a plus

Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in sales/business development
