Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: COO and Head of Client Relations

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
Communicate with vendors regarding order status and outstanding invoice/payments
Maintain and reconcile accurate records of financial transactions
Support year-end audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including physical mail, emails and phone calls.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Manage paper requisitions for laboratory
Audit medical documentation and maintain compliance
Assist with data entry and maintain databases
Support office management tasks, including inventory control and ordering supplies
Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Assist billing department with sending out claims and mail to insurance companies
Assist client services department with supply and pickup requests for our facilities

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong skills working with technology

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly: $19 - $23 an hour
Full time: in person
