Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join this exciting CEO office team as a part-time Office Administrator at World Vision UK in Milton Keynes. This is for 3 days per week with atleast 2 days in the office.

The Office Administrator will be supporting the Executive assistant to the CEO ensuring the CEO can focus on high-level strategic priorities, with the assurance that the administrative functions are handled efficiently and proactively.

Contract: Permanent part time ( 3 days per week)
Atleast 2 days in the office at Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,874 Full time equivalent

Key responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Adhoc support to the Innovation Lead
Assist with Annual reporting and coordination of both weekly and monthly reviews with the Senior Leadership teams
Draft and edit correspondence, presentation slides, reports, and other documents for the CEO.
Must hold strong communication and IT skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Experience in a similar role or office environment
Excellent problem-solving and able to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
