Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and organized Software Project Manager to join our team for a six-month unpaid internship. In this role, you will lead the development of our healthcare collaboration and communication app, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management within the healthcare tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and milestones are met.
Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Identify and mitigate project risks, adapting strategies as necessary.
Monitor project performance and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Basic understanding of software development processes.
Passion for healthcare and technology.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
