What you will be doing:

Manage social media platforms, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries
Support talent by managing their social media accounts and maintaining audience engagement
Monitor and track social media performance, focusing on audience engagement
Assist in executing social media plans across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat
Stay proactive with emerging technologies, tools, and trends
Contribute to social media strategies and key programming throughout the year
Assist with initiatives to grow the social fan base across all channels
Conduct competitor research to keep MUSE’s social media strategy competitive
Organise social media messaging platforms for clear communication with the audience and talent
Identify opportunities across the board to improve the customer experience
Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve service and communication strategies

About you:

Experience in social media management or customer service is preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with an online audience effectively
Highly organised and strong management skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Ability to work independently whilst being apart of a collaborative team
Passion for social media trends, customer engagement and digital communication
A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
