General Responsibilities

Oversee office administrative operations, including supply management and facility coordination.
Supervise the reception area to ensure effective communication flows both internally and externally.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure office equipment and technology meet staff needs.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
Ensure a professional front office environment and support staff efficiency.

Work Schedule + Benefits

Full-time, Exempt

Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
