We are seeking a Head of Community & Events to spearhead our advisory network, community engagement, and offline events. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand awareness, driving engagement with our advisory, and evangelizing our brand. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a talent for creating compelling content, fostering vibrant community interactions, and maintaining consistent engagement both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisory Community Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to foster a vibrant community and enhance engagement with advisors across various platforms.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute engaging virtual and in-person events that align with our mission to enrich employee experiences and strengthen community bonds.
- Advisor Placement: Work closely with our advisory network to place them in senior roles within our existing and prospective client base.
- Content Creation for Community Building: Create compelling content tailored for community interaction and engagement, including roundtables, advisor webinars, and LinkedIn-focused content.
- Brand Advocacy and Outreach: Cultivate relationships with community influencers, brand advocates, and thought leaders to expand our reach and influence within the industry.
- Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of community and event strategies, using data to drive improvements and demonstrate ROI.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading community engagement and event management, preferably within a SaaS or HR Tech environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content and effectively communicating brand values.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through innovative community initiatives.
- Technical adeptness in managing online platforms and community tools to enhance user interaction and experience.
