The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance (mostly admin) for CEO of Kamp. They should be extremely well-organized, highly articulate and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations, reminders and other admin tasks on a daily basis (IRL some days and remote the others).
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for Kamp executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Meeting recaps, notes and scheduling
- Personal errands at times
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Collect leads for sales team
- Speaker & attendee email coordination
- Compiling data
- R&D for event & marketing purposes
- Help organize and coordinate events
Qualifications
- Proficient in Google calendar, slack, canva,
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
