Responsibilities
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries, and requests
- Order and maintain inventory of supplies for the office, including stationery, pantry items, general office supplies, and technology supplies
- Liaise with the building engineers and maintenance personnel
- Receive, sort, and manage daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Set-up and coordinate meetings ensuring the rooms are properly cleaned and prepared
- Prepare and process invoices for travel and expense reports
- Coordinate heavy meeting and conference call schedules
- Book all travel arrangements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience as an office manager
- Previous EA experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience building out a new office a plus
Salary Range
$120,000-$130,000
