Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Program Manager. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex software development projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and managing project scope, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT with over 8 years of experience in Program / Product management
- Experienced in cross team collaboration with Stakeholders and engineering
- Conduct Sprint planning, Backlog Grooming, Standups, Retrospectives
- Experience in developing and delivering professional weekly status reports for multiple projects, change management oversight
- Experience with monthly rhythm of the business presentations that provide project status, issues, risks, mitigation plans, and timelines to senior management
- Ability to create and maintain release schedule and process flows and diagrams
- Coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of software engineers and business owners
- Manage end-to-end scenarios with stakeholders and data
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in Application or Product Development strongly preferred
- Experience in Azure / Cloud deployments and release preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
