Job Role:
We're looking for a Technical Project Coordinator with Shopify expertise to support significant e-commerce initiatives in the retail space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement, configuration, and implementation of retail technology systems. This pivotal role demands collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide bespoke solutions to our global enterprise clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Shopify Retail projects end-to-end.
- Coordinate and monitor the procurement and configuration of hardware and peripherals devices.
- Implement Shopify Retail for clients, including custom applications and configurations for enhanced functionality.
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams, to execute custom components and configurations to achieve client objectives.
- Support retail team project planning, requirements definition and timeline planning.
- Translate complex technical requirements and concepts for non-tech stakeholders, including clients and ensuring mutual understanding.
- Resolve intricate technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions, particularly in Shopify Retail integrations and customizations.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients for Shopify Retail related inquiries.
- Provide training and materials to end-users, including conducting training sessions and creating customized training materials to align with company workflows.
- Cultivate teamwork and uphold excellence in all project facets.
- Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures creation and implementation
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in technical project coordination, especially in e-commerce and digital commerce.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus, its functionalities, and industry best practices.
- Experience with retail POS and WMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively, including senior managers and executives.
- Aptitude for handling multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- Experience in customer service or customer support
- Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous.
