We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital marketing background and enthusiasm for creating and strengthening a brand around scientific innovation. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage projects from inception to completion while continuously improving operational processes. We want a storyteller who can use data and campaign performance to drive strategy, pivot where needed, and keep the tactics cutting-edge.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns in social media, email marketing, display, account-based marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Analyze performance metrics and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future actions and strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and approvals.
- Copywriting for digital marketing channels, including social, email, ads, and website.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met.
- Evaluate current digital marketing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely publication across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate scientific information into engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrated proficiency with hands-on implementation of digital tactics and channels.
- 1+ years of experience in the biotech space.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional copyediting and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
- Experience with marketing genetic engineering or genomics products or services.
- Certification in digital marketing or project management.
- Advanced degrees in marketing- or science-related fields.
