Creative Production Project Manager: Three-Month Contract to a Full-Time Position

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As the Creative Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for high-volume, creative production accounts. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial for client communication and project management for complex accounts and workflows, producing print and digital content for omni-channel campaigns. You will work closely with senior leadership and report to the Head of Production at View while optimizing workflows and processes for consistency and efficiency.
A key aspect of your role will involve leading meetings owning communication with national and international creative production teams, and effectively conveying scope, objectives, and strategies. You will play a vital role in triangulating any issues that arise, working closely with internal and client leadership to find solutions and ensure smooth operations. Your experience with project management software, such as Wrike and Workfront, will be valuable as you help the creative teams keep track of client feedback for our “living/breathing” client brand style guides. Plus, your love for reporting data, and tracking KPIs will contribute to successful program outcomes as you recommend workflow optimizations on both View’s side and the client’s.
Resource planning and budget management will be areas where your expertise will shine. You will help forecast and manage budgets and understand the pricing framework for clients. You will communicate budget information to clients and ensure data provided to them is timely and accurate, serving as their trusted right-hand with expert knowledge of project budget trends. Collaborating with resource managers, you will assign work across creative teams, ensuring bandwidth and expertise align with project timelines and scope. You will support the Head of Production in forecasting, developing long-term resource plans, and creating contingency plans for evolving workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest quality standards while managing complex workflows across dispersed creative teams to produce industry-leading content
- Utilize various project management and communication tools to systematize workflows while maintaining flexibility and collaboration
- Lead daily communication and regular meetings with stateside and international extension teams, ensuring objectives and strategies are clearly conveyed, and issues and roadblocks quickly surfaced and solved
- Work closely with client account teams and leadership, serving as the client-facing representative for View Imaging and continuously fostering strong relationships and collaboration between View and clients
- Develop and monitor budgets, work closely with finance on reporting, review and approve invoices, and expertly communicate changes in project scope and budget shifts to clients and internal leadership
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Wrike, Workfront), reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking to support successful program outcomes while also contributing to the setup of new workstreams and process refinement
Qualifications
- At least 6-8+ years of experience in a production/account management/project management role, preferably in a creative agency, advertising agency, or production company
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an affinity for collaborating with clients and colleagues across different teams, disciplines, or experience levels
- A proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple large projects or accounts and driving client satisfaction
- Experience working with creative teams producing Omni-channel, primarily digital content
- Experience speaking with clients on budget and sensitive project financial information, tracking expenses, and creating reports for clients
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations and establish process standardizations
- Proficiency in resource planning and budget development, with the ability to allocate resources effectively based on scope and skills in partnership with creative leads
- A passion for reporting, data analysis, and tracking KPIs
- Tech savvy and experienced with project management software, such as Wrike and Workfront, as well as communication tools, such as Slack, Gmail, etc.
Compensation - Three-Month Contract to a Full-Time Position
- $50/hr, commensurate with experience
