Reporting to the Senior Director, Provider Data Management, the project manager will perform a variety of functions in support of the Provider Data Management team, primarily by organizing and managing development and issue resolution initiatives. Responsibilities include documenting work breakdown, tracking progress, producing status reports, organizing meetings, team coordination, and communicating to all levels of leadership. The role will maintain the necessary rigor and cadence for effective project management to ensure scope, schedule, velocity, and risks are effectively managed.

To Be Qualified For This Position You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in technical project management
- Thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Expertise in MS Suite of tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive
- Excellent organizational skills and keen sense for detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive mindset and self-motivation
- Innate curiosity in learning new technologies and concepts
- Ability to adapt to fast evolving technologies
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills; proven experience working as both a leader and member of a team
What Will Set You Apart
- Proven track record managing complex technical projects
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with product development, maintenance, and operational support
- Knowledge of SQL,DB, and some Java
- Knowledge of Atlassian/Jira Suite and Smartsheet tools
- Knowledge of products and services
You Will Be
- Supporting the PDM team by managing development and issue resolution initiatives
- Documenting project artifacts such as issue logs, schedules, communications, and status reports
- Organizing and managing meetings and conference calls
- Producing meeting notes, action plans, and project risk mitigations
- Presenting reports to management and leadership on project status
- Communicating and collaborating with other engineering and business-oriented teams across the company
- A servant leader who supports the team to increase velocity
