Our services include design, technique drawing, display production and installation, retail store internal building up, VM services etc.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at Adking Display and Construction located in Manhattan, NY. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple projects in VM field, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in similar industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Chinese or English and Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
