We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager with a robust background in brand management in the consumer-packaged goods space and developing and executing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategies. This role is pivotal in leading our consumer and dental marketing activation strategies, including digital marketing, website and content development, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer engagement. You will spearhead initiatives to reach consumers directly, optimize the customer journey, and drive brand growth through online channels. Collaborating with agencies and cross-functional colleagues, you will create, align, and execute strategic plans to support both new and existing products. Key Responsibilities:
· Consumer and Professional (Dental) Marketing Activation: Work with Brand Director and agencies to plan and execute consumer and dental marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and social media. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
· DTC Strategy Development: Craft and implement effective DTC marketing strategies to reach consumers directly through online platforms, driving brand visibility and engagement.
· Consumer Journey Management: Optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase, ensuring seamless and compelling experiences across all touchpoints.
· Digital Marketing and E-Commerce: Lead digital marketing campaigns, oversee website and content development, and drive e-commerce initiatives to boost online sales both on Willo.com and on Amazon.com.
· Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for Willo’s website, social media, and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance of content, creative placements, and customer targeting.
· Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
· Data Analysis: Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
· Budget management: Maintain accountability, ensure accuracy and timely delivery of budget trackers.
· Marketing inventory: Manage inventory of marketing materials, literature, and product samples.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including product development, sales, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA with a focus on Marketing preferred.
· Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand management in consumer-packaged goods, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce/direct-to-consumer experience, experience in a startup environment and oral care experience is a plus.
· Digital Savvy: Strong experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven marketing and reporting.
· Creative Mindset: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and compelling content.
· Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems (CMS).
· Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
· Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
