Start-up Tech firm is seeking a remote (EST) Executive Assistant with stellar experience in supporting senior executives and or founders. This role is essential in managing schedules, facilitating communication, and contributing to scaling the business. Key responsibilities include legal and administrative support, travel, expenses, managing an ever-changing calendar, and taking notes to ensure action items are completed, project management, relationship-building, and excellent internal and external communication skills. We are seeking candidates with 5-7 plus years of experience in a high-pace environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Remote experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and Initiative: Highly organized, proactive, and a strong thinker with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Startup Experience: Previous experience in high-output teams within fast-paced startup
