Training Content Developer
Looking for a Training Content Developer with change management skills. Someone who communicates well and not only creates, but also presents/ delivers content to executive leadership and is capable of train the trainer sessions.
Responsibilities
- Develop Curriculum Design Document and Training Development Plan (timelines, delivery dates, etc.)
- Schedule and conduct SME interviews for content creation
- Work with SMEs on the review/revision process; coordinate and drive the process
- Create training content: drafts, revisions, and final output files - Revisions should include up to Train to Trainer files
- Coordinate with Change Lead to create weekly/bi-weekly progress report
- Publish final training curriculum file output and completed documentation– specific format TBD (to include LMS / Worday Learning)
- Support Train the Trainer activities as needed
- Develop and facilitate Change management discovery workshops
- Change management strategy Creation
- Stakeholder Analysis/Assessments
- Roll out planning – partner with Program Leadership and participate in the development of the detailed project plan for roll out, based on the strategy previously approved
- Work with Salesforce Training Lead to manage the training & ongoing adoption closely.
- Partner with Global Change Management Team / Project Team / Communications Team on communication strategy and delivery throughout the project
