About the Role
As a Director of Creative Advertising, you’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional and collaborative environment that is fully remote.
Given the startup nature of our team and our flat organizational structure, there is considerable room for career growth and professional development. You will directly interface with the CEO of Enact and the Managing Director of each department. You will serve as a main point of contact for some of the biggest companies in the entertainment space.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze test results and translate into marketing action - What's working or needs improvement, and what else should the client explore?
- Client services - Serve as a primary point of contact for major studios and/or streaming clients. Build proposals, lead presentations, be consultative, and own the assembly and finishing of key deliverables.
- Project management - Oversee creative advertising testing. Assist in managing our team of analysts to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet our high quality standards.
- Client development - You’ll be expected to build trust with our current clients and take a significant role in our pursuits to win over prospective clients as we continue to expand our footprint in the entertainment industry. Ability to build client proposals is a must.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with creative advertising, building and workshopping video advertisements. *Please emphasize this experience at the top of your resume*
- College degree, preferably in one of the following fields: Media & Communications, Film, Marketing, English, Psychology, Sociology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Priority will be given to candidates who have experience with data and/or market research
