Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation plans.
- Maintaining clear and concise project documentation, including budget reports and client communication logs.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, and Jira.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused mindset.
