The Role
Our culture and team make us who we are. We’re looking for a passionate and process-minded operator to join us to grow and foster our team. This position is hybrid in San Francisco (at least 3 days in the office with leaders and builders). You’ll implement company-wide strategic projects and manage People Operations day-to-day to build a world-class environment.
In this role you will:
- Own and run the HR & People Operations function end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our Head of People and the leadership team to manage payroll and benefits, set up foundational processes and playbooks for rapidly hiring and onboarding new team members, building HR business partner and employee relations infrastructure and executing on our people strategy.
- Build for Scale and Flexibility. We have grown exceptionally fast and expect that growth to continue to accelerate. That growth comes with the complexity of requirements that differ across the United States and the world. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders to best balance stakeholder experiences with varying regulatory requirements and that will support hypergrowth and scale. It’s an interesting challenge that keeps us going everyday.
- Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company. You'll be a critical voice for shaping different types of teams from supporting engineers, to clinicians, to customer support personnel and to corporate leaders as they seek to grow and manage their teams. You will be the primary HR Business partner to management in all aspects of employee engagement.

The Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations experience. You’ve worked in human resources, people operations, talent management in a fast-paced, hypergrowth company with both in office and remote workforces. Bonus points if you worked in healthcare.
- Drive initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and employee well-being to enhance overall employee experience. Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in multiple states
- Operational Rigor. You are excited about process development and team building. You are constantly creating, tracking, analyzing and sharing key recruiting metrics/insights that will be used to streamline processes. You will develop, implement and manage People Operations programs that support the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Excitement to get in the weeds and extreme hustle is needed. We are an early stage startup after all, and therefore, this could mean putting out fires on the weekend or diving into the smallest technical details late at night. Everyone on the team is relentless about delivering their best work.
- 100% Commitment. This must be your full time and top commitment (not part time). This role has great opportunities for growth alongside the company, and your plan is to grow with it for the next 2-3 years. This role isn't suitable for people who have a side hustle at this time.
