Interested in cinema marketing and entertainment production? Have strong organizational skills and an aptitude for project management? Onni Creative is looking for a Fall 2024 Marketing + Operations Intern! As a Marketing + Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Manager of Marketing Business Operations and Director of Concessions to coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, particularly cinema marketing and concession creation.
Internship will run from September 9th - Dec 13th, 2024 (9/3-12/13). This internship is for College/University credit (non-paid). This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of cinema marketing and entertainment production while honing your marketing operations and project management skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize tasks and filtering tasks as needed using Asana (project management tool)
- Help execute company and client marketing strategies and promotions
- Create surveys and order forms for marketing campaigns
- Research as needed and monitor trends across platforms
- Attend meetings as necessary and take notes
- Act responsibly with confidential/sensitive information (signed NDA / Social Media Policy required)
- Create promotional emails using MailChimp
- Occasional communication with clients or vendors
- Assist with developing marketing collateral including: graphic design tasks, presentations, proposals, look books, mood boards
Qualifications + Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited College or University with a GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Phone and computer with Internet access
- Available to work for up to 10-15 hours/week
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Apps, Canva, Slack, Asana, Typeform
- Strong research skills with a keen eye for marketing and entertainment trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in film/cinema marketing
- Willingness to assist and take direction from multiple team members
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit is a plus
