Snow Star Entertainment is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Video Editor intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in editing video content for our podcast series, creating visually appealing graphics and motion graphics, and enhancing our brand presence.

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, (flexible according to school requirements)

Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Podcast Video Editor at Snow Star Entertainment. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphic design tasks related to podcast content creation. The role will involve contributing to the storytelling process and supporting the mission of amplifying underrepresented voices in media.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content for our podcast episodes.
- Incorporate graphics, music, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the podcast host and production team.
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and tone across all video content, maintaining creative vision.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality edits under supervision.
- Assist in creating promotional video clips for social media platforms.
- Manage and organize video files, ensuring they are properly archived.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in video editing and podcast production.

**Ideal Candidate**
- Proficiency or experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience with podcast production is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Passion for promoting diversity and empowering underrepresented voices in media & entertainment.
- Motivated, self-starter, quick learner.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in film, video, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Experience with social media platforms and video content creation is preferred.
