Level Consulting Engineers is a full-service mechanical and electrical consulting engineering and design firm. We specialize in the design of mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems and lighting, power, communications, systems (fire alarm and security) for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential buildings.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5:30PM, Friday 8:30AM-2:30PM. 3-month probationary period, benefits to start after this period and 2 weeks of vacation. Our company also offers financial incentives program.
1. Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Alternatively, a combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
- Project Management Certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is an asset but not always required
2. Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a related role
- Experience in the industry specific to the projects (e.g., construction, engineering, IT, etc.) is often preferred
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar tools)
3. Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail in tracking project documentation, budgets, and timelines
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Team collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
4. Knowledge
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with financial management related to project budgets, invoices, and expense tracking
- Basic knowledge of contract management and procurement processes
- Awareness of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, if applicable
- Knowledge of building codes and land use bylaws is an asset

6. Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel, if necessary, depending on the project needs
- Willingness to work overtime during critical project phases or to meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license, if the role requires travel between project sites
7. Duties
Working under the Field Services Manager, you will be required to:
- Support Field Services Manager
- Assist with department workflow process development
- Assist the project team to adhere to timelines and deliverables
- Understand contract documents related to each project
- Track and process all project contract administration documents
- Financial tracking within projects and maintain project budgets
- Create and update internal department filing system
- Produce tender packages
- Delivering tenders
