What we are looking for ?
We are looking for candidates that have experience in administration, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, a good knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Someone who has the confidence to work independently yet knows when to seek guidance from managers and has good team working skills
Key Responsibilities To Include
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with any internal inquiries as and when required
- Raising sales credits and invoices
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer disputes efficiently
- Review and assess compensation requests as needed
- Monitor overdue accounts and handle debt collection while maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers
- Maintain and update customer records accurately with the system.
- Maintain and update internal company records
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage own workload and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A 'can do' and positive attitude towards work and personal development
- Excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Previous admin experience essential
- Experience with Business Central preferred but no essential
- Experience of Excell
