About the Role
As a Records Administrator/Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting terminal activities by managing and reporting on site record systems for all the projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining business records resilience frameworks, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of data, and administrating document management processes. You will be instrumental in resolving records-related issues, promoting best practices, and supporting the production of management reports. Additionally, you will oversee the on-site records storage, manage the central library, and ensure the timely transfer, retrieval, and destruction of records in compliance with company policies.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus and accuracy.
