Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Tri-Phase Group in Mississauga, ON. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and communicating with stakeholders. The role involves assisting in the production of project estimates, producing project deliverables, sourcing subtrades, conducting quantity take-offs from drawings, managing project schedules, resources, and documentation to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Coordination, and Planning skills
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Minimum 2 years experience in the role
- Must have a valid G driver's license
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience in the environmental or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
