About You

As our IT Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be based in the Canada East region, where you’ll work closely with local office leaders and our North American team to make an impact.
In this role, you will…
- Oversee and manage a team of Technical Support Specialists and Team Leads, ensuring effective support and swift resolution of IT issues.
- Lead and drive technology implementations, office moves, and project integrations across various business units.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Regional IT Managers and local office managers to align IT services with office needs.
- Monitor incident and problem management to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and report on trends and metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to ensure high standards and compliance with company policies.
What You’ll Bring
- A four-year college degree in a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in an IT support environment, with 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proficiency in managing networked environments, current operating systems, and hardware with a solid understanding of related protocols and standards.
- Experience with ITIL Foundations Certification and/or A+ Certification (preferred).
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to deliver excellent service both internally and with external partners.
