Ultimate Staffing is assisting a growing Energy client with an Office Manager role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity which includes a full benefits package. The person in this role will help support the team in the Houston office.
Schedule: Monday-Friday In Office 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 DOE
Duties:
- Oversee day to day operations of the office
- Develop and implement filing system
- Help with prepare documentation and PowerPoint for presentations
- Assist researching various topics as needed
- Greet guests, answer calls and manage office email
- Assist with travel coordination and accomodations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent administrative experience in an office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, orally, in writing, and in preparing presentations
- Advanced proficency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- **Bachelors Degree is highly preferred
