Job Description
Determines, verifies, and documents eligibility and notifies parents of their eligibility status.
Maintain all child care appeals and conduct scheduled appeal hearings.
Tracks attendance and services utilization.
Maintain an Early Learning Program caseload which includes different partnerships.
Refers suspected fraud or misuse to the appropriate resource.
Provides process informational support/instruction to parents as needed.
Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments.
Other duties as assigned.
