Planet Interactive is seeking a
Data Analyst to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical clients.
Pay: $47-$50/hr
Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site) in Irvine, CA
The
Data Analyst is responsible for working hand in hand with media planners, social media managers, account managers, and brand managers to set up tracking, manage reports, develop insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Data Analyst Responsibilities
- Partner with media and social team to create measurement framework by understanding client goals.
- Establish KPIs and evaluate benchmarks.
- Generate monthly campaign performance reports to deliver to internal stakeholders.
- Extract and organize data from multiple data sources from internal and external stakeholders (media, social, paid search, website, etc).
- Create data visualizations for use in reports.
- Analyze data and develop insights and recommendations based on the data.
- Understand media tagging and QA process.
- Ensure proper media tracking and ad serving. QA all click-throughs and conversions.
- Work with media team to create CIDs/UTMs to track activity.
Data Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Media agency background is preferred but not required.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
- DCM/Campaign Manager 360.
- Looker Studio or other dashboard and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data sets and platforms and how they tie together
- Entrepreneurial mindset – contribute to energized discussions on expanding business possibilities with data and identify ways to improve processes.
- Embrace collaboration with internal team members to deliver solutions.
- Confident presenter of content to internal teams and external clients.
Other Platform Experience Preferred but not Required:
- PowerBI.
- Social Media Campaign Management Tools (Meta and LinkedIn).
- SEM Rush.
