Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to strategic planning processes to align marketing with overall business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, prior Financial Services experience highly preferred
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Experience in market research and competition analysis
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance analysis
- Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
