We are currently seeking an in-house experienced
GRAPHIC DESIGNER wto join the Marketing team in our
PLEASANTON, CA location. TheGraphic Designer is responsible for creating graphic assets, from conception to completion, to enhance our brand, client presentations and project-related deliverables. This individual demonstrates versatility and expertise in visual communications and openly communicates the availability of finished products and graphics resources firmwide. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of graphic design styles and multimedia technologies, with the ability to mentor junior design staff and work alongside project teams and clients to find creative solutions..
This position is required to be onsite at assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week and as required for office/team/employee meetings.Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Multimedia (PowerPoints, video presentations, models and simulations)
- Graphic Design Assets Library(icons, LEED certifications, other logos, other graphic tools) Plans (site plan; landscape plan; circulation, land use, unit, open space, etc.diagrams)
- Renderings and Illustrations (elevations, sections, vignettes)
- Illustration Assets Library(palettes for trees, shrubs, materials, furniture, etc.)
- Photography (progress photos to staff snapshots to professional photography)
- Video (drone footage, event documentation, competitions)
- Manage content and keep up-to-date DAHLIN’s Brand Book on The Square (firm intranet)
- Ownership over the quality and type of graphics needed for DAHLIN to succeed and be current with graphic assets (as outlined above)
- Ensure graphics produced by marketing, graphics and project team members meet brand standards
- Stay on top of the latest technologies and trends, and understand what is happening in the industry, including communication about how our graphics relate to the current market
- Coordination with project teams, marketing team and clients to determine creative graphics solutions that add value, as well as the quantity and quality of deliverables
- Manage digital assets in an organized and consistent manner for easy retrieval and availability and archiving purposes, via OpenAsset digital asset management system
- Oversight of outsourced rendering or graphics production, as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Strong proficiency with entire Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Lumion Pro, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, and Blender
- Proficiency in photo and video editing and compilations, audio recording and compilations
- Working knowledge of VR and AR programs
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp programs are a plus
- Working knowledge of Windows operating environment including MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of digital and offset printing processes
- Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills, strong follow-through and positive attitude
- Ability to interact and communicate with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to execute projects in an efficient, timely manner
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS:
- Degree from an accredited program in graphic design, UX/IX, marketing and/or design-related program certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the A/E/C industry
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior management in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities with diverse personalities in an efficient, professional manner
- Commitment to their own professional growth
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions or visa sponsorship
We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.
Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements.
