Role: Temp Human Resources Coordinator

Company: Confidential | Toy & Entertainment Company

Pay Rate: $27.50/hour

Location: On-site in El Segundo (Monday - Thursday)

What Your Impact Will Be:

Manage employee data changes, job requisitions, and training support.
Oversee end-to-end termination processing, including exit interviews.
Update and manage HR resources on SharePoint.
Ensure data compliance and integrity through audits.
Handle purchase orders and invoice processing for Compensation & Benefits.
Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and Finance on tools and troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in HR coordination or HRIS/reporting.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with HCM systems; Workday preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and AdobeSign preferred.
