We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (1 day per week) for a specific data entry database updating project for 3 months.
Role Overview:
As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining records within our database system as part of a dedicated project. This role is crucial to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our database, which supports various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain records in our database with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for database updates.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using databases.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of the legal sector/industry would be advantageous.
