Position Summary
Provide administrative support for the company and CEO in a fast-paced high performing environment. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project- based work. Project a professional company image at all times. Outstanding performers will be considered for promotion to professional positions in sales, marketing or operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handle all personal administrative tasks for the CEO
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, calendar management
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Consistently check and keep on top of all email correspondences (Outlook)
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, facilitate their visit from their arrival until you walk them out the door.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Research, price, and purchase office supplies.
- Maintain and track staff daily/weekly logs and schedules.
- Responsible for ensuring the overall neatness and professional appearance of the office
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years as an administrative assistant
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft software, Net-Results a bonus.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Planning and organizing

- Teamwork

Location:
The position is an on-site in-office position based in New York City (Midtown near Bryant Park) and offers an attractive compensation with ample opportunities for growth and learning. This is an on-site in-office position with 1 day a week remote work option.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 8:30 – 5:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
