Key Responsibilities
We are searching for a seasoned professional to bolster our environmental compliance services. This role will primarily involve office work, with opportunities for field engagement and travel, although most activities will be conducted in our office or from a home office.
As a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager, your responsibilities may include:
- Promoting a culture of teamwork, engagement, quality service, and client satisfaction.
- Cultivating client relationships via existing connections and proactive business development in your areas of expertise.
- Enhancing our professional reputation while demonstrating creativity and innovation in your tasks, representing our firm professionally.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to advance our business interests in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Leading the development, organization, and production of environmental compliance management plans, permit applications, and other relevant documents.
- Working alongside project team members to monitor environmental commitments and facilitate the implementation of permit conditions across various projects.
- Coordinating with clients, field teams, and environmental specialists to ensure adherence to permit conditions during project execution.
- Preparing bid documents and proposals.
Required Skills

- Strong technical writing and research capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading teams through complex project due diligence, large infrastructure project management, preparing environmental documents, managing and supervising staff, and ensuring technical quality.
- A valid driver's license and active personal automobile liability insurance by the start of employment.
Compensation And Benefits
Proposed Salary Range: \(110,000 - \)140,000 annually*
Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including individual experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
