Role Overview:
We're seeking an elite individual contributor to assist the Brand Strategy team in procuring, onboarding, maintaining, and growing brands on the platform. As a key part of our early Commercial team, you will directly assist in driving revenue and optimizing our portfolio of brands. As an Analyst you will:
- Research and analyze emerging market trends within food and beverage and alternative categories to make effective decisions for the business
- Establish, build and manage brand partnerships
- Work with the category leads to drive topline and bottom-line growth with active brands through pricing analysis, merchandise planning, and cost negotiations. Use data to drive business decisions
- Support operations of the existing portfolio of brands to ensure smooth delivery of product to the end user
- Set up and maintain products efficiently and accurately
- Assist in and refine the onboarding process to seamlessly activate new brands
- Plan and execute promotional activities, including in-store promotions, advertising campaigns, and special events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience in CPG, consulting, strategy, or related experience; high-growth startup experience a plus
- Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience with Excel (SQL & Tableau a plus) and using data to influence business decisions; strong knowledge of retail math
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in ambiguous environments
