Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Coordinator at BDA Inc. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and overseeing construction management tasks. They will work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, managing and coordinating various construction projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
To assist Project Managers, as follows:
- Prepare and maintain detailed construction schedules
- Develop and monitor construction budgets and control project costs
- Manage trade contracts
- Maintain primary day‐to‐day contact with the Site Superintendent
- Attend site meetings with project managers and prepare meeting minutes
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation
- Prepare and complete project close‐out documents and as‐built drawings at completion

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
